Avesoro has own its Resource Geology team having an important role in research and developing the economic potential of precious base metals that make the sustainability of our contemporary world possible.

Avesoro resource team carries out in-house geological modelling and mineral resource estimation studies in compliance with the international codes like NI 43-101, JORC and UMREK for exploration and operation projects. In addition, grade control models are prepared and regularly site visits are also conducted in both exploration and operation sites in order to verify the geological and resource models, understand geological control of the mineralization, and reviewing the exploration, drilling and mine operation studies.

Avesoro's technical services team consist of experts on mine planning, ventilation, rock mechanics and cost control is responsible for providing comprehensive long, medium, and short-term mine planning for the current operations. This team also delivers detailed design and life-of-mine plans for new projects, assessing their potential to be developed into open pit and underground mining operations. Additionally, the mine planning team incorporates critical aspects such as ventilation designs and simulations, drill blast designs, cost analysis of operation, geotechnical assessments into their designs to ensure optimized operational efficiency and safety.
