• Youga Gold Mine acquired from Endeavour Mining Inc. in February 2016 for US$25.3m
• High grade Balogo deposit acquired from Endeavour Mining Inc. in February 2016
• Trucking of ore from Balogo to Youga commenced in March 2017
• 10 Open pits mined at Youga
• A 1.0 Mt/a gold ore processing plant and associated tailings storage facility (TSF).
• 124M tonnes ore and 110 Mt tonnes waste were producted during the mine period strarting from January 2008 to January 2022. 14M tonnes ore were produced with the average ore grade of 2.90g/t.
• Mining was suspended as the security of staff could not be guaranteed at the time of political unrest in Burkina Faso.
• After the meetings with the Government of Companies, the mines and projects were sold to one of local Burkina Mining Company.
