NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND MAILING OF PROXY MATERIALS
Avesoro Resources Inc. (“Avesoro” or the “Company”), the TSX and AIM listed West African gold producer, is pleased to announce that the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company will be held at the offices of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, Tower 42, Level 21, 25 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1HQ, United Kingdom, on Thursday, 22 June 2017 at 10:00 a.m. (British Summer Time). The Company has today filed its notice of meeting, information circular and other meeting materials (the “Proxy Materials”) on www.sedar.com. A copy of the Proxy Materials and the annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 (the “Accounts”) have been distributed to shareholders. Electronic copies of the Accounts and the Proxy Materials are available on the Company’s website at www.avesoro.com.
